Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to locations in the UAE via our courier partners. In the near future, we hope to grow our printing services to include more countries. ​

How much is my delivery

For all orders within the UAE up to 5kg, your delivery will be a flat rate of 25 AED.

Delivery is FREE for orders of 350 DHS or more

How long does it take?

Our Premium layflat albums take 8 - 10 working days

Standard Hardcover photobooks, framed prints and canvas take typically 5-7 working days to produce and deliver.

Please note that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be unexpected delays that are out of our control. We will always do our best of course, to navigate these challenges and work with our third party couriers to minimise delay of delivery of your order.

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To send products to multiple addresses, simply place separate orders for each address.

What if I am not happy with my photo product?

Our customers LOVE how their photo books and printed products turn out.

But if by some chance you are not 100% delighted, please send us an email to hello@cherrypix.co  or send a whatsapp to 055 642 8752 with details and photos to describe your order reference and concern and we will endeavour to do everything we can to assist you with your enquiry or complaint. Should your CherryPix print product have any fault, we will provide you with a replacement. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
