Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to locations in the UAE via our courier partners. In the near future, we hope to grow our printing services to include more countries. ​

How much is my delivery

For all orders within the UAE up to 5kg, your delivery will be a flat rate of 25 AED.

Delivery is FREE for orders of 250 DHS or more

How long does it take?

For Framed prints, Production and delivery time in total, will currently take typically 4-5 days. For Photo books and prints, delivery time is 2-3 weeks as we print in batches to keep prices reasonable for our customers. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. We are working behind the scenes to offer you more express delivery options in the near future as we grow.

Cash On Delivery

As well as the option to pay by debit or credit card using our secure gateway partner, PayTabs, you can also pay by Cash on Delivery. Please ensure that you are ready for the agreed courier delivery time slot. They will call or SMS you to organise a convenient delivery time and payment. Please note that for Cash on Delivery, your order cannot be delivered without payment upon arrival of the courier. 

Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To send products to multiple addresses, simply place separate orders for each address.

What if I'm not happy with my photo product?

Our customers love how their photo books and prints turn out.

But if by some chance you are not 100% delighted, please send us an email to  or send a whatsapp to 055 642 8752 with details and photos to describe your concern and we will endeavour to do everything we can to assist you with your enquiry or complaint.Should your CherryPix print product have any fault, we will provide you with a replacement. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
